Terms of Service | A.2 Dress Rental

1. Definitions and scope

“Shop” means A.2 Dress Rental. “Customer” means anyone who books or rents. “Dress” means garments and accessories listed for rent on our website. Services include online booking, appointment try-ons, pickup/return, payment, and after-rental support as defined by the shop. We operate as a single location in Bangkok and vicinity as stated on the site.

2. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent. You must provide accurate information and use your own LINE account to sign in. We may refuse service for false information, unlawful use, or conduct that damages property or reputation.

3. Bookings, deposits, and confirmation

Website bookings are reservation requests. A booking is confirmed when we approve it and you pay the deposit shown on the dress detail page. Deposits and rental fees vary by dress, date, and promotions — prices at booking time apply. We may decline or cancel if the dress is unavailable, information is incomplete, or we cannot reach you within the stated timeframe.

4. Fees and payment

Pay by bank transfer using channels we provide and upload proof (slip) through the system. Net rental = listed rental fee − discounts (if any) + additional fees (if any) as disclosed before confirmation. Deposits apply to the net total upon satisfactory return. Damage or late fees may be deducted from the deposit or billed separately. We do not accept credit cards on the website in v1 — supported methods are shown at checkout.

5. Pickup, use, and return

Pick up on the agreed date/time or per stated delivery/pickup terms. Use dresses only for appropriate purposes. Do not alter, cut, dye, or use in ways that may damage the garment. Return on time, clean, without strong odors, permanent stains, or damage beyond normal wear. Late returns may incur daily fees as disclosed before booking.

6. Damage, loss, and deposits

You are responsible for loss or damage during the rental period, except normal wear and tear. We assess damage from evidence (photos, repair quotes, etc.) and deduct from the deposit or bill the difference. If a dress is lost or irreparably damaged, you may owe compensation per the dress listing value.

7. Cancellations and rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, contact LINE OA @a2dress as early as possible. Deposit refunds depend on how far in advance of pickup — the policy in effect at booking applies. If we cancel due to force majeure (e.g. dress damage), we will offer a substitute or refund deposit/fees as appropriate.

8. Loyalty points and benefits

The Alysse Fashion Club points program is subject to shop rules. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. We may change, suspend, or end the program with notice via the website or LINE OA.

9. Photos, reviews, and intellectual property

Dress photos, logos, and site content are shop or licensor property. Do not copy for commercial use without permission. If you submit reviews or photos, you grant us a license to use them to promote our services (with attribution where appropriate) unless you opt out.

10. Limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee every dress fits every body or occasion — try-on appointments are recommended. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or force majeure beyond our control. Our maximum liability per booking is limited to deposits and rental fees paid for that booking, unless law prohibits such limits.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation via LINE OA @a2dress. If unresolved, courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction.
